1. What material are the scrubs made of?
Our scrubs are made from 100% breathable cotton. This natural fabric is soft, durable, and designed to keep you comfortable all shift long.

2. Will my scrubs shrink?
A small amount of shrinkage may occur after the first wash since they are 100% cotton. Don’t worry because we’ve allowed for this in our sizing, so your scrubs will still fit comfortably.

3. Will my scrubs fade?
As with all cotton fabrics, some fading will naturally occur over time. We’ve chosen high-quality cotton to keep your scrubs looking fresh wear after wear.

4. Are the scrubs stretchy?
No, cotton doesn’t contain elastane or spandex, so our scrubs aren’t stretchy. Instead, they’re lightweight, breathable, and cut for ease of movement.

5. Do the scrubs wrinkle easily?
Cotton may wrinkle slightly after washing. For the crispest look, we recommend a quick steam or light iron before wearing.

6. How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide for exact measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up for a more relaxed fit.

7. Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Our scrubs currently range from XS to 3XL, and we’re working on expanding even further.

8. How do I care for my scrubs?

  • Machine wash in cold water
  • Turn inside out
  • Do not bleach or soak
  • Line dry in the shade or tumble dry low
  • Iron on warm on reverse if needed
  • Dry cleanable (P)

9. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For estimated delivery times, check our Shipping Policy. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

10. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. See our Return Policy for full details.

At the moment, we ship across Australia and New Zealand. International shipping is coming soon, stay tuned!
