Adored AU Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Adored AU, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags still attached
  • Free from stains, odours, or any signs of wear

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@shopadored.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase we understand sizing or style might not always be quite right.

  • We offer direct exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.
  • To request an exchange, email us at hello@shopadored.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important: We do not offer exchanges for international orders.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@shopadored.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
